MISMATCH is an independent UK retailer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

MISMATCH sources and sells deliberately mismatched pairs of genuine branded trainers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand whose products we source.

Sourced to order

All pairs are sourced after you order. Dispatch typically takes 1–3 working days, subject to availability. We will notify you by email with an estimated dispatch window after your order is confirmed. If we cannot source your size, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply. See our refund policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MISMATCH is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
