UK delivery

MISMATCH currently ships to the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is FREE. A faster delivery option is available for £6.99 at checkout. The sourcing and dispatch window below applies to both delivery options.

Sourced after you order

Each pair is sourced from UK retailers after your order is placed, then paired by MISMATCH. We aim to source and dispatch your order within 1–3 working days, subject to retailer availability.

This is an estimated dispatch window, not a delivery date. Delivery transit time comes afterwards. We will email you with your estimated dispatch window and let you know if sourcing takes longer.

If we cannot source your pair

We will contact you if your selected size or colour combination is unavailable. We will not substitute a different size or colour without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund.

Dispatch and delivery updates

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way. Tracking information will be included where available.
